10 Minute Presentation

Hey guys and gals....my 10-minute presentation is coming up in a couple of weeks and I wanted to get some feedback from you all. I want to make sure that it is productive and not just another talk about the exciting world of payment processing.

There are so many products and services that I have access to that it is truly hard to narrow my focus in both 60 seconds and even in 10 minutes. So, I thought I would create our first forum thread and ask for help.

Here is a basic list of products that we have access to and some potential topics:
-Credit/Debit Card Processing
-Rate Tiers / Typical Fees
-Equipment (Buy vs. Lease vs. Free Placement)
-Benefits of PIN Numbers
-Check Conversion/Guarantee/Remote Deposit
-Gift/Loyalty Cards
-ATMs
-Point of Sale Systems (POS)
-Retail Version
-Restaurant Version
-Cash Advance Product
-Accounts Receivable Software
-QuickBooks Plugin
-E-Commerce/Web-Based Solutions
-Wireless/Mobile Solutions
-Security Issues
-Receipt Truncation
-Recent Breaches
-Potential Fines to Merchants
-Identity Theft
-Old equipment vs. new equipment
-Differences in processing companies, banks, etc.
-Common objections merchants have to making a change or accepting cards
-Under contract
-Already have a great deal
-"Those people are worse than car salesmen" (Am I really?)
-It's too expensive...


This really just scratches the surface but, out of those topics (or others that you can think of) what would you like to hear about?

I would like to get more info on Gift/Loyalty cards and web based solutions. Also interested in temporary mobile solutions (1 month or less) for trade shows and conventions.
